Snow has fallen, the joy of sledding, building igloos, small cars stuck in traffic, and parking tickets.

The city of Royal Oak has declared 2 states of snow emergency so far and were sure more is to come. Keep your eyes glued to your email for those postings from the city at 10pm or you’ll be like me and wake up to a $50 parking ticket on your car.
